Neil McDougall MRICS and David Nairn have a long history within the commercial property sector and experience in successfully delivering a range of diverse projects. Silkstone Property has been formed to combine their individual skillsets in the delivery of creative and profitable investment and development solutions.

Silkstone Property provides a platform where our ability and expertise in Commercial Property Development , Portfolio Management and Investment can be applied either as principal, partner or for clients requiring transactional support, site assessment, planning and funding. We have an overarching focus on sustainability and meeting the highest environmental, social and governance standards.
Silkstone Property are delighted to be working with Dundee 1881 in the design, planning and development, of a new best-in-class mixed-use development at the former KeillerCentre, Dundee. On the site of the famous James Keiller marmalade and confectionary factory, the new “Keiller Quarter” will provide exciting new public realm, commercial space and student accommodation in a prime city centre location which is perfectly placed for both Abertay and Dundee Universities and the proposed new site for Dundee & Angus College. We have now initiated the Major Planning Application process for this exciting proposal to augment the strategic aims of Dundee City Council
What we do
